MULTI-STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPS IN EDUCATION
Teachers and trainers as change agents:
challenges and opportunities
The event is based on Keep in Pact competence framework and aims at analysing the challenges and opportunities of promoting the ability of establishing and nurturing multi-stakeholder partnerships in education. The organisers recognise the central role that teachers can play as change agents alongside students’ pathways. Teachers as professionals in education who need to be reinforced in their specific capacities and transversal skills so as to overcome the stereotyped idea of teachers as subjects’ experts, who are expected to merely transfer contents and assess students’ knowledge and learning outcomes.
The aims of the event are :
- to allow the stakeholders to discuss and share insights on pre-service and in-service training of teachers and trainers with regards to multi-stakeholder partnerships.
- to share innovative perspectives and initiatives on key dimensions, including sustainability, guidance, inclusive education, digital skills and entrepreneurship.
